You retain all rights to your documents
Documents are sent directly to employers via email
We do not store your CVs or photos
You are responsible for document accuracy

application process

Your application is forwarded directly to employers. We do not guarantee responses, interviews, or job offers.

employers

If you are posting jobs or reviewing candidates on Blarney Bridge:

you agree to:

Post accurate job descriptions
Respond to applicants in a timely manner
Respect candidate privacy
Comply with employment laws

you must not:

Post discriminatory requirements
Request sensitive personal information
Misrepresent your company
Use candidates for non-job purposes

compliance required

Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.

user content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for platform operation.

content license

You keep full ownership of your content
You grant us license to transmit your content (e.g., send emails)
You represent you have rights to all content you upload
We do not claim ownership of your documents

prohibited content

Illegal or fraudulent material
Infringing on others' rights
Malicious code or viruses

limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blarney Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of our services.

governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
